Chocolate Chip Cookies

• 1 stick Butter

Warm the butter to room temperature. At our house, it takes 50 minutes.

• 2 1/2 cups Flour
• 1 heaping tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt

In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients

• 2 cups Brown Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla

In a stand mixer, add the brown sugar and butter. Mix until combined. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla

Slowly add the dry ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

Add the chocolate chips. Mix quickly.

Bake at 350 for approx 13 minutes
